Our history
iDEA is a consultant firm specialised in shopping centres, funded by Juan Merino (ex Managing Director of RIOFISA) and who´s vision is to apply his “know how” achieved in many years by developing shopping centres to investors and developers. Idea is a small service firm but with a broad experience and a deep vocation in attending our clients in all their needs.
The iDEA team is made up of a group of collaborators with a large experience in conceptualisation, design, commercialisation, development, asset management and buying and selling shopping centres.
